Local sources confirmed on Saturday the death of nine ISIS leaders, including a person of Russian nationality, during an air rai in south-west of the Kirkuk Province.
The warplanes bombed a site where a number of ISIS leaders had gathered in the village of Rummanah in Hawija district, the last ISIs stronghold in Kirkuk.
According to the initial reports, nine leaders of the ISIS, including Abu Muslim al-Rusi, a leader with Russian nationality who had moved from Nineveh to Hawija.
The sources noted that the air strike also destroyed a number of vehicle and a tactical unit belonging to the group.
